Desert Dental Appointment Policy  

Please understand that our patient’s dental health is our top concern. We value all of our patients and strive to serve you to the best of our ability. If you are dealing with extenuating circumstances, please contact our office and we will work together to come up with a plan that will best serve your needs.  

The following is Desert Dental’s appointment policy:    

•  1st missed or late/cancelled appointment with less than 24-hour notice: A letter will be sent to inform the patient of our appointment policy.
• 2nd missed or late/cancelled appointment with less than 24-hour notice: Patient will be charged a $50.00 missed appointment fee.  
• 3rd missed appointment with less than 24-hour notice: You may be asked to leave a deposit before booking your next appointment. (This will be based on office discretion).

Please understand that if you were able to provide us with more than a 24-hour notice, it is not considered a missed appointment.
